New GKM Vibrating Control Screener for Milk Powder
The newly developed GKM Vibrating Control Screener (KTS-VS 2) has been specially adapted to the needs of the milk powder industry. It is designed for easy handling and with the highest hygienic standards for the food sector. The GKM Vibrating Control Screener is modular in design with central product inlet and outlet spigot which enables high performance. It is constructed of stainless steel, even the two vibrating motors if required. The product contact surfaces are polished and extrapolated (Ra<0.8 ?m). Optional to the GKM Vibrating Control Screener is the new ViwateQ surface finish and it is available in two sizes, Ø 1.000 mm and 1.200 mm. It is also suitable for ATEX requirements (dust zone 22) due to the Ultra Sonic System location outside of the machine.
